booking fee & cancellations
All colour services require a £50 booking fee to secure your appointment. This is then deducted from the cost of your service. If this isn’t paid, your appointment won’t be booked.
72 hours notice is required when cancelling your Appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your service. This also includes all cuts and blowdrys.
skin testing
If you are a new client OR haven’t visited in the last 6 months, then you must have a skin test before your colour appointment.
This must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment.

This is your responsibility and you will be informed when booking your appointment.
Failure to comply will result in losing your £50 booking fee, which will then need to be paid again in order to make another appointment
